Limited Company Quick Guide
Step 1 - Form a Limited Company
- This will take us 5 minutes and your company will be set up in a few hours
- We charge a one off fee of £110 +VAT which you can claim back as a legitimate business expense
- We’ll help you with VAT registration and advise on opening a company bank account with a £1 deposit
Step 2 - Appoint an Accountant
Beware – there is nothing to stop anyone calling themselves an Accountant. Reilly McMordie is a Chartered Certified Accountancy practice.
Step 3 – What’s next?
- Invoice your agency
- Fill out an expenses claim form each week/month
- Send cheques for income tax, VAT and NI to the Inland Revenue when appropriate
- Pay yourself each month – by transferring money from your business account to a personal account
- If you receive any correspondence from the Inland Revenue, just send it to us and let us take care of it
That’s it. We will look after all of your accounts so you can focus on your work.
